Our guide Murray was more than what we could’ve expected. He was very well educated and made the drive fun and informative rather than sitting in silence. You can tell he cares about what he is talking about and cracked a few jokes along the way. The bus was great and comfortable and they supplied water. We were visiting from the east coast and being able to see as many lakes as we did was definitely worth the money. We didn’t have to worry about transportation from parking lots to the lakes or renting a car. This excursion really covered all the bases.

Murry was our tour guide and he picked up directly at our Hotel which was amazing. I love how small our group was, only 10 people. He really explain throughout the journey and on the site about the history of Canada. He gave us time in Banff to eat and shop around. Lake Louise was beautiful! Going into Banff is a must. We wore hiking boots, you don’t have to since it’s not much of a hike but if you need support for your ankles then do. You can even buy tickets ahead for the Gondola! Amazing trip will be recommending to friends and family!

Murray was a great driver and full of knowledge giving information along the way which was really interesting and better than a standard transfer. The only stop is just outside Banff for a short viewing point where you can see Two Jack Lake and Lake Minnewanke, you can stop prior for a bathroom break we chose not to and have a little longer at the lake.

The tour was amazing, well planned and with balanced itinerary. Pick-up and drop-off at the hotel is a big advantage. I would like to thank our tourguide Sergiy for such a fantastic tour! His knowledge, enthusiasm, patience and friendly attitude made the entire experience truly memorable.
