Our driver Mahmoud picked us up on time, and was really lovely and friendly. After visiting Kairouan we travelled on to El Jem, where unfortunately my husband David had a bad fall down some of the steps inside the Amphitheater. This resulted in being taken by ambulance to the nearest hospital. Mahmoud was truly amazing, he stayed with us the whole time, helping translate as we don’t speak any Arabic. We then got transferred to another hospital in Mahdia, 40 kilometres away. Again Mahmoud stayed with us and helped us negotiate our way through the chaotic unorganised hospital. We eventually arriv d back at our hotel in Port El Kantoui at around 9:45pm. Mahmoud is honestly a credit to your company, he done everything he could to help us and was genuinely concerned about David (who is very bruised and battered, but nothing broken thankfully). Mahmoud went above and beyond his duties on our trip, and we are both very grateful to him.

5⭐️ for Othmen and his service! Very insightful, knowledgeable, patient and funny! The tour guide at the Grand Mosque was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. We learnt so much and had fun! The food was yummy so fresh. We got to the coliseum just in time for the sunset and it was beautiful! We felt very safe the whole time and he even found a place for us to go souvenir shopping after, making it super memorable! This was the highlight of our trip and we look forward to booking with Simba Fun Travel and him the next time we go to Tunisia! 🫶🏼
