Our boat crew Jordan, Eric and Shay in particular were absolutely excellent. They were so attentive and made the whole experience. This tour in particular is the tour that goes on the latest (more chance of seeing mantas) and it is only a 3 minute boat journey compared to the 30minutes of the tours from the village! 100% worth travelling out to Keauhou bay for this tour I would do it again in a heart beat! We were very lucky we saw around 8 mantas and they stayed with us pretty much for the whole time we were in the water! Absolute amazing experience highly recommend, it is a MUST SEE on Big Island!

Manta Rays Guaranteed Policy! We offer later tours than any other boat to allow you to see more Mantas, and more time with the Mantas, without all the other competitors out there, striving to see the same mantas. Earlier tours are offered as well. Explore on a boat with 144,000 lumens of dive light power. The more light power you have the more manta you can accumulate. Manta rays are wild animals, so that does not always guarantee We have most mantas but it increases your chances. Take a short 3-minute boat ride to the manta ray site, where most other boats take a 30-minute ride from the other Harbor, which is a one-hour round-trip. Manta Rays are wild animals we cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your tour with us you may try again on the same night as your tour on a later time frame or a different night or your next visit to Hawaii for free based upon availability an hour before each tour.

Look for "Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours & Kona Snorkel Tours" WHITE VAN near the Outrigger Resort entrance, sometime van is further up or down the road. Park Free along road, NO parking in the long narrow stalls designated for vehicles w/boat trailers.

This is just a standard trip (however veery good) Booking through GyG is waste of money and makes trouble only, as GyG knows nothing about exact gathering point, etc. Much better buy locally, even at last minute.
