The crew was super helpful and friendly! They were also very skilled in handling the boat. The girls were so strong! They tried to anticipate your needs and concerns and would come up to you if you seemed confused or worried. The cruise was very organized. They explained everything that was going to happen. They were super vigilant over us when we were snorkeling! The boat was as clean as a whistle! The bathroom was amazingly clean and stylish! Surprise for a boat. I was afraid that the ride would be bumpy but it wasn’t. It was very enjoyable and beautiful. I would return in an instant if I wanted to go snorkeling again! Our first afternoon cruise was cancelled so they upgraded us to a morning tour for free. This was a longer tour and included a nice deli lunch! Thank you so much to the crew! It was the highlight of our vacation!

This was a top notch experience! The crew was caring and knowledgeable. The boat was new, clean and comfortable. The snorkel gear seemed new and clean. The snorkel area had beautiful coral and a plethora of fish. But most of all, I appreciated their help with my 5 year old out in the water. They take their job seriously making my whole family feel safe. We all had a terrific time and would definitely do it again.

The crew did an incredible job. They were all very friendly and helpful. The boat was super clean and the the snorkel gear provided was great quality. I would highly recommend going in the morning vs. the afternoon. Apparently the volcano produces a fog every afternoon around 2:00ish. The fish and reef were still incredible with the heavy cloud cover, but I’m sure it would have been even more amazing when the sun was shining.
