For those who have already taken those walks in huge preservation areas, such as, for example, Hluhluwe–iMfolozi Park, this visit to Lion Park is almost like a trip to a zoo. Even understanding that they are different tours and proposals, I thought that the space for animals would be bigger - especially those for leopards and hyenas. Despite this, the park's staff shows a lot of attention and care for the animals - which are, by the way, very well treated. What the park proposes to deliver, it delivers: the experience of being close to the lions. The guide that accompanied us was very didactic and helpful.

Due to COVID we could not pet the lion cubs, we did however enjoy the park. Our 4 year old and 1 year old were very interested and enjoyed riding in the safari bus. Our driver Nick was very helpful and an excellent navigator. We would recommend this tour if you want to get up close and personal with some of the animals at the park. The Lions came right up to the bus!

It was definitely worth it and it was so beautiful, I would have loved to have stayed there all day to see more, it started with going into an extra enclosure where the baby lions were, from then on it was perfect , something nice, you could pet them and take photos with them or videos, everything with your own cell phone, really mega and unimaginable, if I should go to Africa again I will definitely do it again, and the tour afterwards was really great too , we also had a super guide who answered all of our questions and told us about the different animals
