Get closer to Apartheid History with our Soweto and Apartheid Museum Tour from Johannesburg The Apartheid Museum Museum will be our first stop as you dig deeper into the dark apartheid history of South Africa. This will be a 2-hour tour of the museum before heading into Soweto township. On arrival, you visit Mandela House Museum and get a 30-minute guided tour into his former house before he was sent to prison. The Hector Pieterson Museum will give you some inspiration on the language resistance uprising of 1976. Finally, drive by Orlando Towers and the World Cup Stadium to finish the tour.

it was our 1st day to Johannesburg, so we were excited about to know the history of South Africa. Michael was our guide , and he was excellent, informative, patient and helped us to under so well. the entire day we absorbed with so much of knowledge and we were very satisfied. we went around the city , constitution hill, Apartheid Museum, Soweto. it's worth tour to understand the cruel history of South Africa.
