Our safari was exactly as advertised: They picked us up right on time from our hotel, drove us the to park, and returned us right to the hotel. Our driver was Anold and was very friendly and helpful. He arranged for a restroom/snack break on the 2.5-hour drive to the park. Our safari guide was extremely knowledgable and helped us to see nearly every type of animal in the park. Lunch was good as well, provided at a restaurant right inside the park, so we didn't lose any of our safari time going out to get it. I would definitely recommend!

Had a nice trip and saw many animals. We did a daytrip from Johannesburg. The pickup and delivery at our hotel was excellent. It was a quite long drive with one needed stop for some leg stretching. The A/C in the bus was not so good so it was very hot even when the A/C was at max. Would recommend this if you want to have a daytrip to Pilanesberg. But best of all would be to have a hotel closer to the park and do an early morning game drive and a late evening game drive. And maybe add an midday sightseeing drive

Reliable logistics (pick-up and drop-off times). Friendly, sociable and knowledgeable guides. And we spotted all of the different species you would like to see on safari, except for the lions (which is a matter of luck and expectations had been managed accordingly on beforehand).
