For 2-hours walk through the historic lanes of Jodhpur, the Blue City, and witness the history of the city. After your tour is complete be dropped off at your hotel.

Your experience will begin as your guide meets you at your tour meeting point. From there you can get ready and fasten your seat belts before being taken on an "infotainment"-style tour which will ensure that you enjoy your experience and don't get bored. Irrespective of whether you love history or not, this walking tour is sure to be a unique, fun, and memorable experience. Your first stop will be to the locality of Navchowkiya, which boasts beautiful temples, busy markets, and famous blue havelis. From there you'll explore the winding streets, ancient buildings, markets, and indigo-blue houses of the area. You'll pass through the narrow yet lively lanes of the "blue city", interacting with locals and discovering some of the untold stories and tales about the area. Following that, head to Ranisar Lake, a historic and man-made lake inside the city wall. Finally, experience the periphery of the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, including the garden and accompanying views.

Start your Jodhpur city tour at 9:00am in your hotel lobby where your driver will be to meet you. Board your air-conditioned car and start the day of sightseeing with a visit to the famous ‘Mehrangarh Fort’. Learn about its history from your tour guide and become well acquainted with one of the city's most iconic landmarks.  Next, visit the nearby site of ‘Jaswant Thada’, a marble cenotaph of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, a former ruler of Jodhpur city. The marble used in the making of cenotaph illuminates once light falls upon it. Witness the tombs and marvel at the finely carved designs on its marble sheets. After visiting the two major attractions of Jodhpur, you will be taken for lunch at a local restaurant. Enjoy a delicious meal and socialise with your friends. Post lunch, continue on your trip by heading to Umaid Bhawan Palace and see classic antiquities belonging to a bygone ear. Travel on through to visit the Clock Tower followed by a walk through the famous local markets of Jodhpur city. You can browse the shops, buy keepsakes or a souvenir. At 5.00 pm in the evening you will be taken back to your accomodation in Jodhpur city. 

Upon arrival at Jodhpur Airport (JDH), Jodhpur Junction Railway Station or bus station, you will be greeted by your English-speaking driver. You can also be picked up at your hotel in Jodhpur and start this Village Safari. Both morning and afternoon departure is available. Visit the Bishnoi Villages where you might be able to spot black bucks, chinkara, blue bulls, desert foxes, hares or partridges. During September and March, sometimes you can even witness thousands of migratory demoiselle cranes near the Guda Lake. On the way, you can also see the local life-style of craftsman and shepherds, farmers. After the tour, you will be dropped off at Jodhpur Airport (JDH), Jodhpur Junction Railway Station, Bus Station, or your hotel in Jodhpur.

Situated on a 150-meter-high hill, the fort was built in 1459 by Rao Jodha, the chief of the Rathore clan. The shrine was built in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant II in 1899. In addition to the monument, the site features spectacular gardens. Umaid Bhawan Palace is another major landmark in Jodhpur. The elegant palace was built during the 20th century in order to provide employment for 3,000 famine stricken residents of Jodhpur. It has recently been transformed into a 5-star heritage palace hotel.

In the company of a local guide, visit the best foodie locations in the city for a feast for your taste buds and a lesson in local gastronomic culture.  During your tour, sample over 6 different mouth-watering and authentic local delicacies and learn more about how these dishes have been influenced by exterior influences over the years. Stroll through narrow and charming streets to finally reach the oldest food shop in Jodhpur, where you will be able to witness the preparation of traditional desserts. 

Day 1: Delhi City Tour - Agra Begin your trip with a pickup from your desired location in Delhi, Noida or Gurugram and take half-day city tour of Delhi. Visit the Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, and India Gate. You will drive past the Parliament House, President's Palace and Secretariat buildings. After sightseeing, you will be driven to Agra. After a journey of around 4 hours, you will check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.  Day 2: Agra - Jaipur Get up before sunrise and head to the Taj Mahal. Watch the sun come up over the world-famous monument and spend two hours taking in its wonders. Then, return to your hotel for breakfast. Visit Agra Fort and learn from your guide about its fascinating history. Then, make the 5-hour drive to Jaipur and check in at your hotel for the night. Day 3: Jaipur Sightseeing After breakfast, visit Amber Fort and then proceed to Jal Mahal, Maharaja’s City Palace, and Jantar Mantar. Then, drive past the Hawa Mahal. Return to your hotel for a good night’s sleep. Day 4: Jaipur - Pushkar - JodhpurHave breakfast and then drive to Jodhpur. On the way, you will pass through Pushkar, has some of the oldest geological structures in India.  Upon arrival in Jodhpur, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay. Day 5: Jodhpur City Tour After breakfast, visit the Toorji Ka Jhalra (Toorji’s Step Well), Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum, Sardar Market, and Jaswant Thada.  Return back to your hotel and relax during your free time for the rest of the day. Spend the night in Jodhpur. Day 6: Jodhpur - Delhi (by plane) After breakfast, you will be taken to the airport for your flight to Delhi. Get picked up upon arrival at Delhi airport and be dropped off at your address of choice in Delhi. Alternatively, if you select an option without a flight back to Delhi, you will be dropped off at any desired location in Jodhpur.

Your guide will meet you at your tour meeting point, from where you will be taken to your first attraction the Umaid Udhyan Park and Umaid Garden. You will then be presented with beautiful views over the Maharaja Umed Sigh Stadium, before continuing onward to the Sardar Government Museum. The building of the Rajasthan High Court will be next on your agenda, before you encounter the Office of the Wildlife, the Divisional Commissioner Office, and other sites of historical importance which are decorated with brilliant lights.
