Job was an excellent driver from Porto. He made sure to ask us if we needed to stop at restrooms along the way. You choose the cities… We chose Aveiro, Nazare, and Obidos. Honestly if you have been to Venice, you can skip Aveiro. If you haven’t been to Venice, you can still skip Aveiro unless you want to take ride in a boat in a canal. Definitely a sleepy little town. Nazare we only went to see the surf spot. But we had a wonderful lunch there and Job helped us order our food . Obidos is lovely Middle Ages walled city, a bit commercialized with more Ginginha joints than stones in the walls of the city. Worth a visit to walk up the main drag and enjoy the beautiful farmland below.
