Full description
Start the day with pick-up from your hotel in Jerusalem and head to the Dead Sea, via the Judean hills. Your drive continues from there along the shores of the Dead Sea, to the desert fortress of Masada. Arrive at Masada, where your guide will tell you about the heroic story of the Jewish fighters. You’ll ascend Masada by cable car and then tour the mountain fortress that was built by King Herod. This is the spot where the Zealots of the 1st century made their last stand against the Roman troops. You’ll explore the site to see the remains of the walls, palaces, synagogue, water cisterns, mosaic floors and Roman baths. When you've completed this part of the tour, descend Masada by cable car. Your next destination is the Dead Sea. Its shores are the lowest point on dry land on earth! You’ll have the opportunity to float and swim in the Dead Sea waters that many believe have special therapeutic effects. Please note: from 17th to 23rd January 2019, the visit to Massasa will be replaced by a visit to Qumeran and Ein Gedi nature reserve.

It is not my first experience with them, wherever I go I rely on experts like them. Punctual, serious, professional. Excellent prepared guide, excellent driver .. the only flaw, however, were the small buses (taken two), which had a stale smell, not clean. This only to be underlined. Otherwise everything is ok

Our guide was super helpful and knowledgeable. I can definitely recommend this tour. Just two things: there will be lunch at the spa, so you will need money, but it is not expensive and the food is worth the money. Plus: you CAN get into the Dead Sea WITHOUT any slippers on. Yet, the beach is stony and you need to walk a few meters, so any plastic slippers/shoes are highly recommended. Pack them, if you already have some!

Great way to spend a day in Israel

Almost everything was awesome (highlighting the experience by itself and the guide Dani, who was an amazing ingredient of the plan). Only thing to maybe consider is the lack of clearer instructions to get to the meeting point because we didnt know that a common taxi was waiting for us in the noticed meeting point to take us to another meeting point; so we waste a lot of time and almost lost the bus because we were expecting for a bus or something similar and not a cab. Everything else, so good.
