This half-day tour takes you to many of Jerusalem’s top sites including the Western Wall, the Stations of the Cross, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and the bazaar. It’s the perfect choice if you want to see the city’s highlights and have limited time.
What to Expect
Begin your half-day Jerusalem tour with a panoramic area overview from the Mount of Olives. You’ll be able to see both the new city and the Temple Mount esplanade of the old city.
You’ll continue along the Kidron Valley to the Garden of Gethsemane and then enter the walls of the old city via the Armenian quarter. Visit the Western (Wailing) Wall square via the local bazaar, and then the Christian quarter, Via Dolorosa (the Stations of the Cross), and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, which was built on the site of the crucifixion of Jesus.
Take a walk along the 1,700-year-old Byzantine main street, the Cardo, and through the renovated Jewish quarter. Your tour ends in the old city at 13:30.
