The guide Thelma was excellent, she deserves 5 stars, she was super professional and very patient with the elderly people who needed help. The tour was very complete and interesting. The negative part was put by the horrible and rude bus driver Naftali, who treated the tourists as if they were animals and even yelled at them.

The guide was amazing, but he should give us more time. I do not like where they took us for souvenirs the prices were very expensive and later I saw the same souvenirs for half price. Also they should give us more choices for a lunch, they take us to one specific place and the food was not exactly the best.

Kobi is a very competent guide and speaks German very well. We were a very mixed group (linguistics and home countries), but he understood perfectly how to lead the group and hold it together. Of course there was the obligatory sales stop, which was absolutely unobtrusive. We would book the tour again at any time. Thanks again to Kobi and Shalom.
