Thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Celia was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely passionate about the history and culture of sherry in Jerez. It was a pleasure to be shown around by her and it was lovely to taste some sherry and brandy in the beautiful, cool bar afterwards. We can recommend eating in the restaurant here too.
