they do take you to the scenic parts of Gibraltar. but they allow very little time, like 5-10 minutes to enjoy the sites... the free time was too long with no instructions from the tour guide who said we should meet her after passport control... not knowing how to get to passport control caused a lot of anxiety for me. they were 40 minutes late to pick me up from the pick up point in Jerez and on the way back they forgot about to drop stopping in Jerez and went to Seville. this resulted in having a 5 hour trip back instead of an hour!!!!
