What people are saying about Jerez de la Frontera
It was interesting, the horses and riders well trained and well dressed. Too, I felt that for me, after 30 minutes or so, the movements were rather repetitive, although the music changed. Only a few things different were shown later on in the program. For me the 90 minutes was too long and not diverse or interesting enough. The facility, the landscaping and surrounding buildings are awesome.
The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art is an experience not to be missed. There are museums, open areas and the indoor riding arena all to be discovered. Make sure that you book a tour with a guide as this will enhance your visit. Do book to see the show 'the horses dance' as this is amazing.
Had a look around the buildings and gardens of the Escuela which was lovely. Of course the highlight was seeing the horses and their handlers on the arena, go through their paces, so exciting to see. Beautiful horses and clever choreography.
The Royal Andalusian Horse show was wonderful. The venue was very comfortable and easily accessible. The grounds were beautiful. Parking was a bit of a challenge but manageable. All in all a very nice experience.
The museums were really interesting and the show was fabulous. Very well organised with covid-19 too. Would highly recommend a visit.
