We had such an incredible time on our whitewater rafting tour! From start to finish, everything was so well organized and fun — we felt safe, welcome, and totally taken care of. Our guide Ainsley was absolutely amazing, especially with the kids. She made sure they felt confident, comfortable, and excited, which made the whole experience even better for us as parents. She was calm, encouraging, and knew exactly how to keep everyone smiling (and paddling!). Eddie took some truly awesome photos — the kind you actually want to frame, not just look at once and forget. He also drove us to the drop-in point and made the ride fun with great energy and conversation. And a big shoutout to Fran, who was such a fantastic hostess and guide. She helped everything run smoothly and brought a great vibe to the day. Her knowledge of the river and area added a lot to the experience too.
