All day paid public parking is just to side of Totem Pole, beside washrooms (behind Totem Pole is buses only). Discover the beauty of the Jasper National Park on this guided wildlife watching tour from Jasper aboard a spacious coach. Enjoy stunning natural landscapes while looking for creatures in their native habitats.  Benefit from pickup at your hotel or guesthouse in Jasper and travel by comfortable coach down into the valley. Look out of the large windows to get stunning views of the mountains and surrounding wilderness. Travel on paved roads, searching for the many species of animals found in the Jasper National Park. Your guide selects the route based on seasonal wildlife movements, giving you the best chances of finding animals in their natural habitat.  Encounter amazing creatures at the time of day when they are most active. Take stunning photos from inside the minibus or during occasional short walks, at the discretion of your guide. Get valuable insights into the challenges of managing and protecting wildlife within the national park. Ask your guide any questions you may have about the animals that you spot. Return to your hotel in Jasper at the end of your tour.

  • An overwhelming 95% of tours are successful at spotting wildlife. However, while encounters are frequent, everyday is unique. The park is a natural environment and sightings cannot be guaranteed
  •  Pickups outside of Jasper Area are not included
  • Based on our observations, young children often become restless as there are no scheduled stops on this vehicle-based tour. Therefore, we recommend a minimum age of 5 years. Although not recommended, children and infants under 5 years old are welcome, provided a seat is purchased for them at the child rate (all passengers regardless of age are required to be allocated a seat on the bus). For those bringing infants, we recommend bringing a baby carrier which can be secured with the provided seat belts on our buses. Alternatively, babysitting services are available through “My Jasper Nanny”.

The tour was amazing! Ross shared a lot of information about the animals, their habitat, etc. which was very interesting. We saw 5 black bears (including a mom with 2 cubs), a moose with her calf, 2 osprey, a bald eagle and its chick, and an elk. We were very lucky! I will definitely book another tour with them if I come back to Jasper.

Wat een geweldige ervaring! Veel dieren gezien die we zelf nooit gezien zouden hebben en veel extra uitleg gekregen. Toen we op het einde nog steeds geen beer gezien hadden bleef hij zoeken. De uitstap heeft uiteindelijk 30 min lager geduurd maar we hadden een beer gezien. Zeer aangename chauffeur.

Excellent host and driver Went above and beyond to take us to the places were wildlife were. He was so good at spotting them from a distance and made sure to give us lots of information on each animal- he even spotted coyotes at the end of the tour and was happy to let us see them even after the time was up ! Amazing!
