Had a lovely time with Ross. The limited capacity due to covid is actually quite nice as the bus wasn't full and we could view on either side of the bus as needed. Only suggestion for improvement is to advise the guests to approach the viewing areas calmly. There were adults running at the animals and they don't like that.

Ryan was just great.! Had an answer to all our questions, super knowledgeable..! It wouldn’t have mattered if we didn’t see any animals but we did..! Bears, elk, squirrels, Canada geese. He made sure that we got lots of time to take lots of pics of the animals. It is just the best tour..! We loved it and of course it was made the best by our host and driver Ryan.

We really enjoyed the tour in the evening. Our guide, Rayn, went to great lengths to enable us to see bears if necessary. After all, they don't wait for the tourists :) Unfortunately, we weren't told, but we were lucky and were able to observe a herd of elk. It would be ideal if the organizer drove more into nature, or directly into the forest, and not just along the side of the road.
