What to Expect
Experience a wealth of scenic beauty on this charming 2.5-hour train tour from Jasper to Dunster. This relaxing 142 km journey takes you across the great divide at Yellowhead Pass, through the western ranges of the Canadian Rockies along the mighty Fraser River and into the Robson Valley of the Rocky Mountain Trench.

A brief stop allows you to explore the town of Dunster, which boasts one of the last remaining Grand Trunk Railroad Stations.

Later, board a van for the return journey with your knowledgeable guide who will entertain you along the way with commentary about the surrounding area, including the local ecology, geology and history of the railroad. Depending on the time of year, you may also see bear, eagles, moose, salmon, deer, coyotes or elk.
