Kamil my driver and guide was excellent. Only one problem is that i was told pick up time was between 8am and 9am which is ridiculous as i sat and waited for over one hour for him. Also he did not come to the hotel and i was met in the street, which did not sit well with me. He also did not have any form of indentification on him which made me, as a single elder woman, very nervous but once we got over those hurdles he was fantastic. May i suggest a better form of communication and meeting place to be the lobby of the hotel so that the traveler can feel more secure when getting into a vehicle.

Awesome! A monk priest guided us inside the Black Madonna Chapel and inside the Jasna Gora Monastery explaining historical background of each place! We even got to see the monks sounding their trumpets when the metal cover of Black Madonna was being lifted up! Our expectations were greatly surpassed by what we've seen and experienced! Thank you to Thomas our tour guide who arranged for Fr. Roman to guide us. And to top it all, we were able to attend the mass in Black Madonna Chapel and get near the altar!

Martin is the best driver, and we had such a wonderful stress free day with him. The beautiful car was spotless, comfortable and smooth. Martin is a Krakow local and is an intelligent, informative guide on all things Krakow and Poland. Our Guided tour ran smoothly, and we were lucky enough to be there for the veiling of the Black Madonna. It was such a special experience. I would highly recommend this tour, and will be forever grateful for such a memorable, enjoyable day for my Mother and I.

The sacred, deeply inspiring destinations are more than sufficient motivation to make the trip. Super efficient and kind Tomas made it unforgettable.

Very nice tour, in particular the excellent guide Thomas who made the tour even more interesting and engaging.
