I’m afraid I didn’t quite catch the name of our guide, but I think it was David. He was excellent. So knowledgeable about the palace, the royal families, and the history of Madrid. Our guide kept our group moving efficiently through the various rooms of the palace and even went so far as to ask other visitors to lower their voices and be more respectful of their surroundings, which I felt really showed the appreciation and reverence that he had for the palace.

David is a great tour guide. It was easy to find him and the meeting spot. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The palace is incredible and a must-do activity when in Madrid.

Punctuality at the collection point. A guide (Lidia) very attentive and friendly. The truth is that the entry without waiting is appreciated.

Benny is hilarious and intelligent ! Sets a very high standard for future tour guides !
