Enter teamLab Planets TOKYO and discover the incredible immersive art exhibition within. This full-body digital art experience allows visitors to enter completely into the artworks, with stimulation for all five senses. In this unique exhibition, each visitor’s presence impacts the artwork to finally become a part of it. The exhibition space includes several areas, covering over 10,000 square meters in total. Explore the great variety of installations, with different lights, sounds, and materials to mesmerize every guest.

Sumo is as old if not older than Japan itself. At the Asakusa Sumo Club we will take you on a deep frive through history and how sumo has evolved throughout the millennia, while you enjoy an authentic sumo style meal in an intimate setting. Watch demonstrations of the morning exercises (asa geiko), somo of the techniques (kimarite) and the do’s and don’t’s of sumo wrestling before a best of 3 competition(tachiai)of real sumo between our wrestlers, who are retired from competition. Experience Sumo firsthand by challenging our wrestlers to a sumo match in the ring. (Limited to 8 people per show). If there are too many applicants, challengers will be decided by lottery. TOKYO SKYTREE® will hold the SUPER SKYTREE® DISCO for six days in January and February 2024. The event will take place on January 25th and February 1st, 9th, 16th, 22nd, and 29th. The Tembo Deck, located 350 meters above the ground, will feature DJ booths, stands, and mirror balls, creating a disco space in the sky with a view of the nightscape. Experience the most famous sightseeing spots around Mount Fuji. Learn about Japanese history and culture while soaking in the dramatic views around Mount Fuji. Depart from Tokyo by bus and arrive at Kawaguchiko Oishi Park where you can capture beautiful photos with lake Kawaguchi and Mount Fuji in the background. Continue to Arakura Sengen Park, located halfway up Mount Arakura in Fujiyoshida in the Yamanashi Prefecture. Take in the panoramic views of the city with Mount Fuji in the background and admire the cherry blossoms in Spring. After that will be Oshino Hakkai, one of the most famous spots in the Fujisan area. You can see the 8 different lakes located there and taste the water from Mount Fuji. The last spot you will go to 5th Station (half way) of Mount Fuji, which is 2300m high. You can enjoy some special food or buy unique souvenirs here, with very close view of top of Mount Fuji. In winter, we will go to 4th Station/Mt. Fuji 1st Station or Yamanakako Hananomiyako park to see the diamond fuji sunset view instead.

Embark on a remarkable journey to Mt. Fuji, Japan's highest peak and a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2013. Begin your adventure by boarding a comfortable air-conditioned coach with Wi-Fi, which will take you to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji, situated 2,000 meters above sea level. Step out and immerse yourself in the serene nature and sacred atmosphere at the Japanese Shinto Shrine. If weather conditions prevent travel beyond the 4th station, an alternative visit to Oshino Hakkai or another scenic spot will be arranged. After experiencing the beauty of Mt. Fuji, the bus will take you to a buffet lunch spot offering a stunning view of the mountain. Enjoy a Japanese lunch buffet featuring fresh local ingredients, with vegetarian and Muslim-friendly options available upon request. Next, journey to the Hakone area and begin your exploration at either Hakone mountain or Komagatake mountain, to take a ropeway that provides an exhilarating ride with panoramic views of Hakone area and, on clear days, Mt. Fuji. This ropeway will transport you to Lake Ashi, a caldera lake where you'll embark on a scenic cruise. (Depending on the schedule for the day, we will visit Mt. Hakone or Mt. Hakone-Komagatake) Conclude your adventure by boarding the bus to Odawara Station, where you'll take a thrilling ride on the Japanese bullet train, Shinkansen, arriving back in Tokyo around 6 PM.

Head to the tea house located in Sannenzaka and get ready to experience Japanese culture at its finest. Be greeted by your instructor and discover the established garden in which the tea house is located – a garden created by the famous landscape artist Ogawa Jihei VII. Enjoy the view of the tranquil surroundings as you listen to a brief introduction and learn about the 500-year history behind this ceremony. Then watch an experienced tea master demonstrate the art of tea preparation before learning how to brew your own matcha. Savor the experience as you sip on your freshly brewed matcha and get to taste a traditional Japanese sweet. Finally, pose for a photo with your group, using the verdant gardens as the perfect backdrop for your picture.

Start your tea ceremony experience by entering through the main gates of the Jotoku-ji Temple. You will pass the entrance to the Grand Tearoom on your left and a shop next to it and meet at the nearby red benches where your guide awaits. Whilst walking through the temple you are free to admire the architecture and stand by the purification fountain. Weather permitting, you are free to sit at the red benches and for a break. In the event of rain you can stand outside under the gable of the shop or wait in the Grand Tearoom. Once you have finished perusing the temple or sitting on the red benches taking in the atmosphere you are able to enter the Grand Tearoom where your instructor waits for you.  Start your tour of the Temple with a traditional purification ritual, a completely unique and insightful experience for Western visitors. Afterwards you will remove your shoes at the entrance of the Grand Tearoom and in your group, proceed inside to take your seat. Get the chance to sample matcha tea at its best. The Tea Master will guide you throughout, showing and explaining every step of the way. Throughout the ceremony you will be taught the fine art of drinking matcha tea and learn about the importance of the ceremony.

Experience the historic Ninna-ji Temple in Kyoto. Famous for its late-blooming Omuro sakura cherry trees and a five-story pagoda, Ninna-ji was founded in 888 AD. It is the main temple of the Omuro school of the Shingon sect of Buddhism, and it houses countless national treasures and cultural artifacts.
