Meet our guide in the Plaza de Santa María where you will start discovering the buildings of the Town Hall, the Archbishop's Palace and the impotent Cathedral of Jaén. The latter will be the protagonist of our first part of the tour. Jaén Cathedral was conceived in the 16th century to replace the previous Gothic temple of the 15th century. We were lucky and were the only participants on 10/11/22 (10/12 is Spanish national holiday). So we had a very relaxed guide who always answered our questions in detail. The explanations regarding the entire production process were also detailed and very detailed. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide, José, a fourth generation worker in this family business was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and generous with his time. We were lucky enough to be traveling at the time of olive harvest and saw the process up close. We learned so much and enjoyed the tasting - thank you Aires de Jaén!
