Steve was our guide and was very knowledgeable and attentive! We were able to see lots of elk, pronghorn, and bison (unfortunately no bears or moose but Steve tried his best to get us to see some). For lunch, sandwiches were provided as well as cool drinks and fruit. We packed along a few sandwiches of our own just in case, but snacks were provided during the ride too. This is a great tour if you’re short on time or aren’t able to explore the park by foot. The company also coordinates with you prior to the tour day to arrange meeting time, staff were very accessible by phone as well when I had questions. Prepare for a long day if you do the single day tour, but definitely worth it for the lovely views and info!

Guide Jake was wonderful! He had an excellent understanding of the Park and shared his knowledge with us, answering many questions. The pace was too hurried though probably do to Summer crowds. He did however get us to Old Faithful within a few minutes of it erupting. Great job Jake! We were able to see coyotes, bison, and an elk up close. We took some amazing pictures. The van however did not have the AC needed to keep everyone comfortable. There were nine adults touring and the people at the back were not feeling well from the heat. Overall An unforgettable experience for my husband and I personally.

This was an awesome tour. Truly the way to go so you can focus on the amazing wildlife, thermal features and scenery. Kim was an excellent guide both knowledgeable and personable!!! We saw Moose, Sandhill Cranes, Pronghorn, Elk, Bison, a Golden Eagle, White Pelican, assorted Geese and fish. Then add Old Faithfull, the Waterfall, other Thermal features and the incredible scenery and you have a day you will always remember. The tour is done utilizing an enclosed vehicle so very comfortable. Nice lunch and snacks provided.
