The tour culminates with a tasting of Poggio ai Laghi premium wines, oils, and vinegars. You will have our wine expert guide you through the process of winemaking, from grape to bottle, showing the art and science behind each of our bottles of wine.

You’ll sample a selection of our finest wines, showing the skill and dedication of our winemakers. You’ll also savor the winery’s exquisite oils and vinegars, each one crafted with the same attention to detail and quality as the wines. With Tuscan appetizers and lunch.

Lunch includes:

- Appetizers: Salame toscano, finocchiona, prosciutto crudo toscano, pecorino, bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil, cialda di pane tostato con Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- First course: Penne al ragù o Penne al pomodoro.
- Second course: Tagliata di manzo with roasted potatoes.
