We enjoyed our ride very much, especially the European/Asian side ferry/bike combo. Ahmed was a very good guide, a dental student with whom we had interesting discussions about Istanbul, Türkiye, culture, etc. He timed things perfectly - we had time for a nice coffee and pastry in Uskudur, a lovely long ride along the Marmara - It was just my partner and I, so we basically enjoyed a private tour. We did have some technical problems: one of our initial bikes had a flat (we of course swapped it out before leaving) and our guide blew a tire which caused a bit of a coordinating problem on our way back. But it wasn't a disaster. And Ahmed taught me how to use WhatsApp maps!

Great tour for my brother and I. We rode about 20 miles in 3.5 hours. We we group with a good bunch of of people, 5 of us total. Mustafa, our guide, was very considerate and made sure we all stayed together. Definitely an ambitious tour for someone who doesn’t ride often but we both ride so we enjoyed it immensely. Riding on the European side can be a bit challenging but on the Asian side most of the tour was on bike trails along the water. Also had a nice 30 minute break half way thru for a quick drink break. Would recommend

Once you have seen the main Istanbul attractions, I can't imagine a better complementary experience, and a better way to see more of Istanbul - both the older European side, and the newer vibrant Asian side - than this 5h biking tour. Organization was smooth, the ride was safe and scenic, punctuated by ferryboat rides and stops at points of interest and coffee places. Our guide, Cem, was both very professional/knowledgeable, and very friendly. One can tell he has a talent for working with people, and a passion for his native Istanbul. He made the experience in our small group the highlight of our 5 days in Istanbul. Warmly recommended!
