Admire the cosmopolitan city of Istanbul from a completely different perspective beyond the regular tourist paths while enjoying the beautiful views around you. There are 4 points you can leave the boat and join the next one again 60 or 120 minutes later. Without hopping off you can make this tour in 100 minutes. Your ticket is valid for a full day. The hop-on-hop-off stops are Kabataş, Emirgan, Kucuksu, Beylerbeyi, Beşiktaş and back to Kabataş. The first stop on the Bosphorus will be Emirgan, a perfect place for a coffee, a snack or a lunch break at the cafes next to an 18th-century mosque. Visit the green Emirgan Park, Sabanci museum, or walk along the beautiful shoreline. Then, catch one of the next boats and cross to the Asian side to go to the second stop Kucuksu, known for its ornately decorated royal hunting pavilion. After enjoying the pavilion and its surroundings, head over to Beylerbeyi Palace, a royal summer residence built in the 19th-century. Explore the palace or enjoy a relaxing stroll through the gardens. Visit the Beylerbeyi Mosque then catch the next boat back to the European side to go to the last stop, Besiktas which is famous for its lively local market. Visit the Besiktas square and sample some fresh seasonal fish. Continue on to Kabataş where you can take the funicular to Taksim or the tram to Sultanahmet.

A fantastic experience. It is a pity that the folder also indicates to start or stop at the Topkapi Palace and the Hagia Sofia mosque. The boat won't come there. For the rest, a lot of fun for a small price. Finally, the starting point (opposite the cable car) is difficult to find.

Boat ride is very nice and scenic, the only reason I did not give the activity a 5 is the man on the boat selling food and beverages, would come up to everyone multiple times and continously yell. I appreciate that they have to make money but it was very distracting from the peaceful boat ride

For the price the boat ride itself was totally alright and the views are beautiful from the Bosphorus. Be really careful though with the „nice man“ walking around with beverages and snacks on the boat. I said „no“ multiple times to all three items he eventually left with me / basically put in my hand even though I declined. After all, of course you have to pay for it. It is the kindest way of stealing. I kind of thought that I’ll have to pay after even though I shook my head and audibly said no thank you multiple times. I wasn’t mad because it was really cheap and with the current economic situation I can understand, nevertheless if you are travelling absolutely on budget, whenever he approaches put your hands in your pockets, say no loudly and stand up / walk away before he can place an item infront of you. As soon as it is infront of your, it counts as yours and you‘ll have to pay.
