  • Entry is free for those aged 65 and over and under 7 years old
  • Entry is free for visitors with a disability ID. Entry is free for those with a disability companion card. ID must be shown
  • Inside the cistern, taking photos and videos without disturbing other visitors is allowed. Professional shoots and any shooting with a tripod require written permission and are subject to a fee
  • Due to moisture, there may be dripping water from the ceiling. Please take care of your electronic devices
  • The inside of the cistern is dark and the floor is slippery. Caution is needed
  • The entrance and exit stairs of the cistern and the walkways inside are not suitable for walking in high-heeled shoes
  • Handrails should be held when going up and down the stairs at the entrance of the cistern
  • The railing levels inside the cistern are low; leaning on the railings is dangerous and prohibited
