I would highly recommend the 9:00 Skip the Line tour of the cisterns. We were the first group in for the day, allowing us an uncrowded visit. Our guide was excellent - he gave us the fascinating history of the cisterns then we had time on our own to explore. Highly recommend!

It was amazing! Everybody should go, our guide was really nice and professional, thanks of this type ticket we was skip the line, I recomended this trip 100%! And inside was really nice, he was explaine us everything, we as go inside together, after this we was have free time and we was decided individual when we want go

there is a separate queue for guided tour groups, so there still is some wait time, the guide was very friendly and funny, the guided tour itself consistent mostly of 5min introduction about the history of the cistern, and it was hard to understand the guide, due to lots of background noise, after this introduction the tour guide slowly walked through the cistern, open to questions from everyone of the group who approached him, but he told us we could also leave the group already and just walk around by ourselves.
