Not to allow people to reserve seats if they aren’t on the bus. We arrived for the first bus and the front two seats upstairs were taken, bags left on the seats whilst everyone else sat in their seats waiting on the trip to begin. Then just before the bus started the two people who were standing in the shade came and sat on the reserved seats. Very rude in my opinion. I might add these two people took four seat seats.
