Full description
On this full-day trip to Gallipoli you’ll be picked up at your hotel in Istanbul in time for an early start, between 06:30 and 07:00. The bus ride to Gallipoli takes around 5 hours. When you arrive you’ll have time for a short rest and then enjoy lunch before beginning your tour.
You’ll visit one of the sites in Turkey that stirs significant emotion, at Anzac Cove, the landing site of the ANZAC (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) in World War I. You’ll also see the Lone Pine Australian Memorial, Johnston’s Jolly, the Nek, and Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial.
At the end of day you’ll return to Istanbul by bus, arriving at around 23:00.
