What people are saying about Istanbul Archaeology Museums

Overall rating

4.2
(359 reviews)

1. Variation of the activities are very wide. There's a lot to enjoy from guided tour, walk in activities, museum, and boat trip. A good value for money. 2. Guided tour is efficient and on time as the guide is only keeping us for the first minutes and after that we have our free time. 3. Customer service on whatsapp tries to be proactive to our questions and/or when we asked for help (much appreciated). 4. E-pass application really needs to be improved as we have downloaded the application in 3 different phones and the problem of not able to generate qr code for several activities persisted even internet and location systems are fully working. It is rather annoying when we have to keep asking and waiting for the support team to help generate our qr code because we couldn't do it ourselves. 5. Overall we are satisfied with the epass package we bought and the fast customer service help. We hope that the epass phone application can be improved for the future.

Salim was all we hoped for in a guide! He was very, very knowledgeable and he understood that type of tour we wanted and customized it for us. His English was excellent. My wife has limited mobility and he was very sensitive to her needs negotiating the more difficult parts of the tour. You will not go wrong with Salim!

Salim was knowledgeable and wonderful as a guide. We tailored our tour to our interests and Salim made it work for the time we had. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and it was good to hear about each place and its history from someone with so much knowledge to share. Thank you so much.

Tickets to most attractions are included, worth noting that Hagia Sophia, Galata tower and Topkapi Harem are not included though. Guided tours are mostly introductions before going in (not whole tours). Guides were nice. Overall ePass pays off just for having entry tickets.

incredibly nice and 100% worth it. would choose the guide again and again
