It was perfect! The drivers are very kind and attentive. Their driving is very pleasant. They are not guides, they told us this from the start, but they accompany us to the start of the excursions so that everything goes well. Small downside, in the ad it was indicated guide and booklet. We left a little empty-handed... in the end everything went very well and we had a fantastic time at the top of Etna.

What a fantastic trip. The only thing I would say is that on the App you have the prices very wrong and not explained very well. To go to the top you say approx €60 and it was actually €95 which amounts to a lot when there’s 3 of you! Same for half way price but not explained very well and not much point going half way. Awesome trip though and has to be done!

If you live in Palermo and want to see Etna and the cute little mountain village of Taormina this is a perfect solution. A lot of time in the car but efficiently arranged and a magical experience to see Etna (which was active at the time!) against a clear blue sky. Nice drivers who maneuvered the cars safely in the hectic Italian traffic.

Getting to Mount Etna was a fantastic experience, Taormina was also a wonderful city. It was great when the trip had time to enjoy the experiences in peace. Everything went well. The driver spoke good English and was very friendly and polite.

Fabulous day visiting Mt. Etna and Tairmina! I felt safe and secure as Sergio, our driver, got us where we needed to go. There was enough time to see what I wanted to see. It was a perfect way to visit without having to drive!
