I had a fun day out but it is a long day to not see so much so bear this in mind when booking. I decided to book a hotel in Copacabana and come back the next day as it felt rushed and the day trip did not allow you to explore much. You will have around 1hr in Copacabana for lunch then you will take a boat to Isla del Sol. Do the short hike then return back by boat to Copacabana then back on the bus to La Paz. Staying over gave more opportunity to explore the area further

It was a pretty good trip and opportunity to see lake Titicaca along with Copacabana and some ruins in Isla del Sol. The guide Nirco was very knowledgeable and would give very detailed explanations. He was also very caring and would constantly look out for us. There is bit of a journey by bus since it’s around 3 hours out of La Paz, but it felt worth it once we arrived at the destination.

Beautiful excursion, well organized. You just have to follow the guide. Navigation for an hour (round trip) on Lake Titicaca to the Island of the Sun. You will see the Inca staircase as well as the Inca fountain (in which you can drink the water, which is delicious and fresh). A must.

Emerson was good! Explain everything and help us a lot with recommendations ! 10/10!

The Guide and driver were exceptional- it was a long day but very well paced.
