Take a full-day trip by boat to the "Green Island" of Ischia, and Procida, the 2022 Italian Capital of Culture. Relax under the sun, dive from the boat and snorkel in the clear waters, and enjoy free time on both islands. Get picked up from your hotel or a nearby meeting point and transferred to the port of Piano di Sorrento, and the journey to Ischia. Once there, take a tour including swimming and snorkeling at the Green Cave, and seeing Aragonese Castle. Enjoy 3 to 4 hours of free time to explore the island on your own, before continuing towards Procida. See sights like Vivara; Terra Murata, and Marina di Corricella, and make a swimming stop at one of the many bays along the coast. After 1 to 2 hours of free time, leave Procida and return to Sorrento while enjoying some limoncello tasting. After a free pick-up at your hotel in Sorrento, you'll be transferred to the port, where you'll meet your guide and start your day tour to Ischia. Enjoy the ferry ride out to Ischia Island across the placid Tyrrhenian Sea, followed by a guided tour of the island. Make your way through beautiful Mediterranean scenery and take in amazing views, as you see some of the oldest villages on the island. Upon reaching the town of Forio, you'll have 3 hours to explore the enchanting Mortella Gardens. Built into volcanic rock in 1949 by famous English composer Sir William Walton, La Mortella was the perfect private getaway where Walton could begin work on his opera "Troilus and Cressida." The lovely Mortella Gardens were created in 1956 by English landscape designer Russell Page. Extending over an area of 16,000 square meters (4 acres), this beautifully landscaped garden with pools and fountains contains thousands of specimens of rare Mediterranean plants from around the world. Sir William Walton died in 1983; Lady Susana still lives at La Mortella. While enjoying the unique beauty of La Mortella, you'll be able to buy limited snacks and drinks. When your free time is finished, meet your guide and embark on a coach tour of another part of Ischia, before arriving at Ischia Port in time for the 17:30 boat back to Sorrento.

It is the ideal combination of a Mediterranean paradise where beaches meet mountains and where relaxation and well-being are simply a way of life. Spend the day on a speedboat or Yacht exploring the island and stop to swim in the various bays and lagoons. Each excursion is customized based on what your group would like to do. We loved this experience. I highly recommend this boat tour of Ischia. If I came back to Ischia I would do this boat tour again. The captain waited for us near the dock because we were slightly behind timeline. He walked us to his boat and we settled in on the rooftop deck outfitted with comfy bean bags. There was also seating in the bow, stern, and inside. There were about 15 guests which allowed for plenty of space on the vessel. Each swim stop was a beautiful crystal clear cove and water deep enough to jump off the upper deck of the boat. Each stop we either got an appetizer, meal, or drink. The food was excellent considering it was made in the small galley on board. We had wonderful bruschetta for an appetizer and fresh clams with pasta for our lunch meal. It was amazing. If you enjoy sunny weather, swimming, and seeing the day go by from your perch on a boat this is a trip for you.

I thought this was a great way to spend the day. You get to see the entire island and you have a lot of time for swimming. When you're not swimming, you're either eating, drinking or traveling yo another swim spot. All the relevant places on Ischia are covered, ample time for swimming. I really do recommend that you bring something to cover up with as the sun is extremely strong. I got completely burnt despite wearing sunscreen. Chill crew, all around very chill day, really no complaints, the time was perfect for me. Definitely a great way to spend a day of your vacation

Super organized! We decided on the outward journey at 10:45 am and the return journey at 5:20 pm. Since it takes a little more than 1.5 hours by ferry to Ischia, I would recommend taking the later ferry back at 7:45 p.m. We would have liked to have stayed longer because it was really nice. Everything worked without any problems. Lunch at the Baia del Clipper restaurant was great! Ischia is absolutely worth seeing! We went for a little stroll and swim. The beach is very nice, the water is very clear. All in all, a thoroughly successful trip!

Simply amazing. Very caring crew. The lunch was great and we were able, with my companion and the rest of the group, to do many swims during this excursion, which lasted 6.5 hours in total.

I have had the same experience in various places around the world but I have never found a kindness, a cuisine and an attention to detail. I suggest it to everyone… you will surely be well.
