Explore the Amazon on a 3-day guided tour. Take a trip on the river, meet a local tribe, and admire stunning jungle landscapes. Day 1After pickup from Iquitos airport, head straight to the Port of Nanay to board a boat. Sail to where the Nanay River meets the Amazon. Take a 2.5-hour trip along the Amazon River to the lodge where you will be staying. Enjoy lunch and a chance to relax in the lodge's hammock room. Next, visit an eco-butterfly farm and a riverside eco-village. Return to the lodge for dinner before spotting tarantulas, snakes, insects, and birds on a night excursion. Day 2Get up early to watch the sunrise. Spot herons, eagles, parakeets, and exotic birds. Then, return to the lodge for breakfast and free time. After lunch, fish for piranhas and more. Enjoy the sunset, followed by dinner and traditional Amazonian tales back at the lodge. Day 3After breakfast, set off on a botanical plant walk and search for lianas. Enjoy lunch at the lodge before checking out and heading back to Iquitos. From there, be transferred to your hotel or the airport by motorcycle taxi.

The tour will begin with a pick-up from your hotel at 9:00 AM. After a short walk to the dock, you’ll board a boat to cruise along the Itaya River for approximately 15 minutes, before connecting with the mighty Amazon River, known as the most impressive river in the world. As you sail, your guide will provide fascinating insights into the region, and with a bit of luck, you'll catch a glimpse of the pink and grey dolphins in their natural habitat. Your first stop will be at a natural reserve, where you'll be amazed by the gigantic Victoria Regia water lilies, the largest aquatic plants in the Amazon. You’ll also have the chance to feed paiches, alligators, and piranhas, all part of the rich Amazon ecosystem. Next, you will visit a wildlife rescue center, where you’ll encounter species such as toucans, macaws, monkeys, and sloths. This will be a unique opportunity to see and learn about the Amazon's diverse wildlife. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a delicious traditional lunch at our lodge, followed by a peaceful canoe ride across Shanshococha Lagoon, where you can observe the incredible biodiversity of the Amazon lakes. To end your day, you’ll visit the Yagua native community, where you’ll experience their way of life, traditional clothing, and handmade crafts. Finally, after a great journey through the jungle, you’ll return to the dock and head back to Iquitos, arriving at approximately 5:00 PM. End of services.

Day 1 - Pick up from the hotel: We start the activities by picking you up from your hotel. - Visit to the Belén market: Immerse yourself in the culture of the region while you get to know the Belén market, known for its medicinal plants and a wide variety of exotic products. - Reception at the port of Bellavista Nanay: Arrival at the most popular port in Iquitos while we get to know the gastronomic variety that the port houses. - Navigation on the Nanay River: Board our boat and navigate the waters of the Nanay River, as we head towards the confluence with the Amazon River. - History of the Amazon River: Immerse yourself in the legends and secrets of the Amazon River as we navigate its mighty currents. - Arrival at the lodge: Disembark at our lodge in the middle of the jungle, where we will stay for the night. - Lunch at the lodge: Recharge your energy with a delicious typical Amazonian lunch. - Botanical Walk: Delve into the lush jungle landscape on a botanical walk, discovering the natural wonders and medicinal properties of Amazonian plants. - Dinner at the lodge: We return to the lodge to enjoy a delicious dinner. - Night Excursion: Embark on a nighttime adventure in search of jungle wildlife. - Overnight at the lodge: Enjoy a night of rest in the middle of the forest. Day 2 - Sunrise and bird watching: Experience the magic of the sunrise in the jungle as you observe an incredible variety of Amazonian birds in their natural habitat. - Breakfast at the lodge: We return to the lodge to enjoy a delicious breakfast. - Dolphin search and observation: Embark on an exciting search for the Amazonian dolphins, both gray and pink, as they swim and play in the waters of the river. - Swimming in the Amazon River: Dive into the therapeutic waters of the jungle and enjoy a relaxing swim in the great Amazon. - Piranha fishing: Test yourself by fishing for piranhas and other species! An exciting activity that allows you to experience life in the jungle firsthand, get your lunch! - Lunch at the lodge: Recharge your batteries with a delicious typical Amazonian lunch. - Return to Iquitos: After a day full of adventure, return to the city of Iquitos towards the port of Bellavista Nanay. - End of the tour: Back at our office, this incredible adventure in the Amazon rainforest comes to an end.

Set sail from the pier of the Iquitos Boulevard and cruise down the Itaya River to meet the Amazon River. Visit a center that specializes in the breeding of paiches, fish also known as piracuru, as well as piranhas, macaws, lizards, and turtles. For a one-of-a-kind experience, try feeding these animals. Head to the great pond filled with the famous Victoria amazonica lily pads, the world’s largest leaves. Then, proceed to the Amazon viewpoint, which promises magical vistas over the legendary surrounding landscape. Enjoy some downtime on the hammocks, while taking in impressive views of the jungle and the Amazon River. Then, take a 15-minute walk into the jungle to see the gigantic and mythical Lupuna tree, said to possess magical properties and considered the protectors of the jungle. Before returning to the city, visit the Serpentary, where you can see the anaconda’s cage.

Itinerary Day 1 We will leave Iquitos at 9:00 a.m. and head for the Amazon, the most popular river in the world due to its great length and flow. We will board a boat to tour this lung of the American continent that has a dense rainforest, the largest on the planet. What trees grow in the Amazon? What animals inhabit this paradise? We will discover it! We will admire a curious phenomenon of nature when we arrive at the Nanay River, since the color of its waters changes with respect to the Amazon. If we are lucky, we will be able to see some of the pink dolphins that inhabit the jungle. Our animal adventure will continue at the lizard farm, where we will also see piaches. On this tour we will discover all the details about this fish, which can reach up to 3 meters in length. Did you imagine that such a large fish would prowl the rivers of Peru? At around 1:30 p.m., we will move to the shore of the Amazon River, where we will stay in a two-story house made of jungle materials. Once there, we will rest and recharge our batteries with a complete menu. We will set off again at 3:00 pm. We will visit the Yagua natives, a people with an economy based on agriculture, fishing and hunting. What is the mythology of the Yagua people? What are their rituals? Are they isolated people? Our guide will answer these and other questions. We will return to the lodge complex at 5:00 p.m. for another rest and dinner. We will take a night walk to listen carefully to the songs emitted by birds and insects. We will learn which sound corresponds to which animal. After the walk, we will retire for a night in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. Day 2 We will leave the house early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise in the Amazon (around 5:00 am). We will contemplate how the colors begin to filter into the dense jungle as the sun rises, a memory that will be hard to forget! We will spend the morning observing the birds of all colors that inhabit the Peruvian jungle. This opportunity will allow us to see unique species on the planet, such as the impressive scarlet macaw. Before continuing, we will replenish our strength with a delicious breakfast. Afterwards, we will head to the serpentarium, a kind of reserve for animals that have been rescued. Despite its name, it is also home to sloths, ocelots, turtles and parrots. In this area, we will refresh ourselves with delicious drinks made from medicinal plants and tree bark. We will return to the lodge at 12:30 to rest before lunch. At 2:30 p.m. we will board again a boat that will take us back to Iquitos, where we will return at around 4:30 p.m. Lodging The lodging for this excursion is in cabins with private room and bathroom. You can choose whether you prefer a double bed or two single beds in the room.

We will start the tour from the Iquitos boulevard, then we will walk (or take a vehicle) to the Belen market, famous for selling exotic meats such as: rare fish, lizard meat, turtle meat, paiche, among others. We will also visit the "Paquito" passage where natural Amazonian medicine is sold, such as root drinks with aphrodisiac properties and amulets, then we will navigate through the lower part of Belen where the houseboats are located to navigate through its streets such as La Venecia Loretana. Then we will return to the starting point. This tour will show the other face of the city, an ancient city and life on the river, ideal to discover the social face of the city. As an added bonus, we will invite you to fish for piranhas (optional).

Day 1: Amazon Jungle Adventure This adventure kicks off with a hotel pickup and a transfer to the Bellavista Nanay Resort, where you'll board a boat to sail down the Nanay River. Venturing into the tributary Momón River to visit the Bora native community, immersing yourself in their vibrant culture and enjoying their traditional dances. Then, embark on a mesmerizing 1-hour and 30-minute journey along the majestic Amazon River, arriving at our Lodge situated on its right bank. Settle into comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and showers. After a delightful lunch, embark on a botanical walk, exploring towering trees and discovering the secrets of medicinal plants. Visit the animal rescue center to meet monkeys, anacondas, macaws, and other exotic jungle creatures. Don't miss the opportunity to witness the enchanting Amazonian sunset before returning to the Lodge for dinner. After the meal, your experienced guide will lead you into the jungle to search for tarantulas and listen to the nocturnal symphony of animals and insects. Day 2: Unforgettable Encounters in the Amazon Wake up at 5:30 am to witness the sunrise in the Amazon rainforest and observe the diverse exotic birds of our Amazon basin before returning to the Lodge. After a hearty breakfast, board our traditional canoe to search for Gray and Pink Dolphins (Bufeo Colorado). Take a refreshing swim at the beaches along the Amazon River. Visit the Yaguas indigenous tribe, where you'll engage in their dances and learn about their way of life, including their use of hunting weaponry, such as blowguns. After a satisfying lunch, bid farewell to the jungle and return to the city of Iquitos. Around 5:30 PM, you'll arrive at Iquitos, where you'll be transferred back to the office or your hotel, concluding this unforgettable Amazonian experience.

Journey to the Amazon Rainforest for a two-day guided excursion by boat and on foot. Enjoy a glimpse into the rhythm of jungle life as you navigate waterways, search for wildlife, and discover medicinal plants and their uses. Along the way, immerse yourself in indigenous history and traditions. Your tour begins when you meet your guide at the airport or hotel for pickup. Travel to the Nanay River Port, where you'll embark on a riverboat and head towards the Nanay and Amazon river crossing. At the Itaya-Amazon crossing, pause to search for dolphins. Cruise along for 2.5 hours. Admire the sights and sounds of the rainforest as you continue your tour, navigating through the tributary, Río Yanayacu. Arrive at the hostel and enjoy a welcome and lunch. After your meal, set out on a hike to spot medicinal plants, strangler trees, sloths, toucans, and other diurnal species. As the sunlight begins to wane, soak up the sight of the sunset over the rainforest before partaking in dinner. Once the night has set in, embark again on an evening walk – this time to search for tarantulas, amphibians, alligators, and more nocturnal fauna. Then, return to the lodge to rest. The following morning, rise early to bask in the rays of the sunrise and see the swooping flocks of herons, eagles, parrots, and other exotic birds. Tuck into your breakfast, then explore the Yanayacu River. Fish for piranhas, palometas, and tarpon and look for iguanas. Spend the rest of the morning rafting and admiring the diversity of plant life. If you wish, you‘ll also have the opportunity to visit the Yaguas community. Have lunch and enjoy about 1.5 hours of leisure time before departing for Iquitos, where you'll be taken back to the hotel or airport. 

Day 1: Exploring the Amazon Jungle The adventure starts with pickup and transfer to the Bellavista Nanay pier. From there, you'll embark on an exciting journey along the Nanay River to meet the Boras, immersing yourself in their culture and folk dances. Then, you'll navigate the mighty Amazon River for 1 hour and 30 minutes, finally reaching the Lodge on the right bank of the river. After settling into the comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, you'll enjoy lunch followed by relaxation in the Hammock Room. The afternoon continues with educational visits to the Butterfly House and the riverside village, providing you with an authentic glimpse into jungle life. After dinner, an exciting night excursion will allow you to discover the nocturnal wonders of the jungle before resting. Day 2: Fauna, Culture, and Aquatic Adventure The second day starts early at 6:00 AM to appreciate the sunrise and observe exotic birds in the Amazon basin. After breakfast, you'll visit the Animal Rescue Center, where you'll connect with various local species. Then, a visit to the Amazon sugar cane mill will let you enjoy the jungle's authenticity. In the traditional canoe, you'll venture out to find the Gray and Pink Dolphins and have the opportunity to swim in the Amazon River. After an exciting day, you'll enjoy the famous Piranha fishing and the magical Amazonian sunset observation. The night falls with stories and myths of the jungle told by the tour guide, before spending the night at the Lodge. Day 3: Nature and Cultural Encounter Your last day in the jungle begins with a delicious breakfast, followed by a botanical walk to discover the natural treasures of the jungle, including giant trees and medicinal plants. Then, you'll visit the Yagua indigenous tribe, participating in their dances and immersing yourself in their culture, even learning about their hunting weaponry, such as the blowgun. After these enriching experiences, you'll return to the city of Iquitos at 5:30 PM, carrying with you the memories of an unforgettable adventure in the Amazon jungle.
