Overall, I liked everything. It was an unforgettable experience. We visited a wildlife rescue center and Monkey Island. We visited a tribe where we bought some cool souvenirs. I expected poor conditions in the Amazon, but in fact there were good tourist lodges, showers, toilets, and a cook who prepared meals. There was a lot of food. I would have liked more activities in the Amazon village—to sit in a local café, go to a local party, but we quickly passed through the village without stopping anywhere. Fishing with piranhas on a very small boat was not very comfortable. On the second day, apart from fishing and two meals, we did nothing. Overall, it was still very cool, and we really liked the guides, Christina and Patrick. The Amazon is magnificent.

Overall, it was so nice!! It was my first time to come to Amazon, and I was a bit worried about everything, like diseases, food, accommodation and language barriers. But the guide was so nice, and everything went well and had a lot of fun. As for the accommodation, it was true that all electricity was turned off from 10pm to 8am, including the wifi and the outlets. But I brought mobile charger, so that was totally fine. And the accommodation itself was much cleaner than expected, no worries. The meals were so nice, and enough for me:) But i think the pickup information was not sufficient, so I was a bit panicked as if I was left behind.

We traveled for two days under the careful guidance of Segundo. His experience and passion transported us to an unexplored world. The jungle is medicine, it is healing! If you embrace it with an open heart, it completely overwhelms you and sets you free. Highly recommended!
