From the convenient meeting point, you’ll walk the city streets visiting historical properties, monuments, and the Iquitos boardwalk. Visit the emblematic Belen Market, situated in the lively heart of the floating city of Belen, to purchase fresh produce for the cooking portion of your experience.

Return to the kitchen to prepare your juane, a dish originating from the Peruvian jungles, consisting of chicken, olives, hard-boiled eggs, and rice. During the cooking classes, you’ll taste 2 traditional Amazonian alcoholic drinks before enjoying your juane lunch accompanied with cocona sauce and a regional fruit soft drink.
