Full description
Take a break from the pollution and noise of the city on this guided tour of the Amazon jungle. Be one with nature as you go through the Amazon river, experience adrenaline, and learn about the lifestyle and culture of an indigenous community. On the first day, take a boat through the Nanay River to reach the majestic Amazon River, the largest in the world. Upon arrival at your lodge, visit the Mirador to appreciate a wonderful view of the jungle. Then, experience an adrenaline-filled adventure before recharging with a delicious lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, go on a canoe ride with a professional guide and observe the typical flora and fauna of the place. Learn about the multiple uses of different types of plants from the locals. After dinner, be guided through the jungle to see the tarantulas, cicadas, spiders, praying mantis, and more. On the next day, enjoy a morning walk under the beautiful sunrise. Discover the indigenous community of the Yaguas and participate in an exhibition with songs, dances, and handicrafts. Lastly, go on an excursion to the reserve of free animals before you check out.
