    Hiking amongst olive tree grove that connects two of the nicest villages of the NW part of the island gives you the opportunity to admire magnificent sea and land views. After visiting to the byzantine Angelokastro castle we will start hiking at the trail connecting two of the most traditional villages on the island enjoying the tranquility provided by the remoteness of the area. The moment we face the"gate to heaven" where the donkey's trail starts,is one of the highlights that remain in our memory quite a long time after our holidays have ended! Our day will end by admiring and capturing moments of probably the most breathtaking sunset you have ever experienced! Not amongst hundreds of people but walking on narrow trail often used by locals on their donkeys!

AngeloKastro Castle is suggestive, but even more beautiful is the trekking route and the walk between the villages with Yorgos, our friendly and professional guide.     We really enjoyed our hiking tour in Angel Castle. Since we came off season, we were only people to take tour that day, and the guide, Yorgos, took time to adjust program to our own needs and requests. We had a perfect pick up, drop off and tours experience, have enjoyed beautiful views and Corfu and tranquil and quiet Corfu countryside, and we took a very nice hike with stunning views along the way. Yorgos gave us a lot of tips about the island and was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely book activities with this company again and can totally recommend the tour

    Wenn ich 6 Sterne geben könnte, dann würde ich das tun! Ich hatte die Tour für den Oktober 2022 gebucht und Yorgos von "Corfu Outdoor & Leisure Activities" ist ein sehr flexibler und freundlicher Guide (sogar gegenüber verwirrten Touristen wie mir, die sich im Datum irren...), der ein umfangreiches Wissen über die Insel und ihre Kultur (und natürlich auch eigene Olivenbäume und ein dementsprechendes Wissen ;-) ) hat; ist ein angenehmer Gesprächspartner und der Anblick des Sonnenuntergangs vom Eselspfad runter ist sowieso absolut überwältigend und bedarf nicht vieler Worte! Die Tour ist nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen, aber bietet so viele Highlights (auch und gerade für Alleinreisende wie mich), dass ich voller Überzeugung sagen kann: Jederzeit gerne wieder!!! P.S.: @Yorgos: πάρα πολύ! Sorry for the delayed feedback!
