Redeeming my voucher was very simple! I went to the Interlaken Ost train station and inside the office they take your voucher and exchange for your Jungfraujoch ticket plus a map/“passport.” The Jungfraujoch is definitely worth going to the top!! It’s an incredible experience. Please, be very very hydrated beforehand and take lots of water with you. I would also suggest seat reservations in the summer and when we get to the Eiger train, take the second one and not the first train, let yourself climatize before you head up. I will definitely be using GetYourGuide in the future for activities!

Admire Europe from the Jungfraujoch railway station at 3,454 meters above sea level. Marvel at the Alps from Europe's highest railway station and relax on a scenic ride to and from the station. The view and adventure platform at 3454 meters above sea level unites in a place that fascinates people of the Alps: a majestic backdrop of ice, snow and rock with breathtaking far-sightedness. Once at the top, simply follow the signs to the tour and you will not miss any highlights. To do the tour it takes you aproximately 1 to 2 hours. There are also restaurants on the Top of Europe and even a Snow Fun Park in summer, so calculate 6 to 8 hours for the whole trip.

The trip to the Jungfraujoch, the top of Europe is one anyone that travels to Switzerland should do. This is a special place. Not only do you get to see the alps in their splendor but you get an ice place, a display of how they built the tunnels in this mountain, the Eiger express gondola is one of the most luxurious I’ve ever been in. They don’t cram you in like at the top of Innsbruck. You will get to see everything. Dress warm because going outside if the weather is bad is very cold. But otherwise you will be dry and warm in the facility at the top. It is heavenly at the top of the alps. You will never forget this trip.
