Easy to find by the Congress. The confirmations must be submitted at the ticket office for the actual tickets. The ride was pleasant and the views from the Hungerburg stop was what I had hoped to see. It was at dusk and Innsbruck was lit up, yet we could still see the mountains. It was very cold but worth enduring it for the view.

Amazing hike! We showed our GetYourGuide tickets at the ticket counter and the woman exchanged them for regular cable car tickets. Take the cable car all the way up (second stop) and you can begin the hike right above the ski area. Round trip took about 2 hours. Amazing views and a great way to spend the day!

Fantastic site, a real world of wonders. Those who like brightening will be satisfied. Plan a 3 hours program + eating at the location Check how to get there before buying the ticket ( if you are without car) as opening is at 9 but first bus from Innsbruck at 10.20.

Excellent. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SNOW BOOTS AND SNOW SHOES/SPIKES. I hired mine in town before going. Couldn’t do this without them. The last cable car is 16:00 so time the walk appropriately. It took me 3hours for a round trip.

It's our second time here and it's brilliant. Stimulates sight, sounds and smell. Great for all ages. Well presented exhibitions inside and a beautiful outdoor area. Definitely worth a trip
