Muy buena actitud y preocupación del Guia asignado , aún desde antes de iniciar el Tour , entrando en contacto con nosotros para interiorizarse de nuestro tipo de viaje y expectativas. Creo yo que faltaría un poco más de información gral del lugar turístico, que aún sin ser guía profesional podría ofrecerse en este tipo de Tour. Igual lo recomiendo, aunque un poco desmedido el costo como lo hago saber en otra de las interrogantes.

Erin tailored the tour exactly to our needs, even with the challenging weather and tired children. We got the most out of the daylight we had in “Inns’ Bruck” — learning and having fun :) Very grateful for the experience and for Erin’s hospitality :)

We emailed about my wife not being able to walk long distance due to her back injury, it was ignored. We were contacted by 2 separate guides and and at the last minute you switched the guide to a young man who knew nothing about our request. He didn’t even have a car to pick us up so I called and canceled the tour. Your office called to tell me that they can’t refund my payment directly and that I had to contact some other tour guide company for that. Very very bad business. I want my money returned NOW. I am contacting the credit card company. You will hear from me.
