Pick up from your hotel in Amman at 7 a.m., after the drive, you will arrive at Allenby Bridge for immigration procedure to the other side. Start the classic tour visit with a drive to the top of Mount of Olives believed Jesus ascended to heaven. You will enjoy a magnificent view of ancient and modern Jerusalem, the center of the heavenly 3 world religions. Proceed with a walk down the Palm Sunday Road visiting the Chapel of Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept. Continue with a walking tour of the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations, where Christ prayed on the night of his betrayal. Visit Damascus Gate. Then, head to the old city of Jerusalem and visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the tomb of Jesus Christ. Proceed to visit the last standing remnant of the ancient Temple at the Western Wailing Wall, also visit the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and Dome of the Rock. (Please note there are scheduled timings for these visits, subject to security). Free time for lunch and to explore on your own. Depart in the afternoon to Bethlehem to visit the Nativity Church marking the birthplace of Jesus. Visit the Grotto Church, the Church of Saint Catherine, and Saint Jerome Caves where the bible was translated from Hebrew to Latin. Continue to the Shepherds' Field in Beit Sahour, believed where the angels appeared announcing the birth of Jesus. Transfer back to Allenby Bridge for departure. After immigration return to Amman and transfer to your hotel.

Stop at Dominus Flevit, the place where Jesus wept as he foresaw the destruction of Jerusalem, and continue to the Church of All Nations in the Garden of Gethsemane. See the Jewish cemetery in Kidron Valley before entering the Old City through the Lion's Gate, and once inside the Old City, see the pools of Bethesda on the grounds of the Church of St. Anne (mother of Mary). Travel underneath the Sisters of Zion Convent, and see the ancient pavement engraved with games the Roman soldiers played long ago, and note the starting point of Via Dolorosa (the Way of the Cross.)

We meet our guests at their hotel or accommodation. We shall drive to the Olive Mount to enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the Old City. We shall descend to the Gethsemane Garden to visit the Church of Agony and to also see the thousands of years old olive trees. We shall proceed to the Mary Tomb - a burial place of Mary, Mother of Jesus. We continue driving to the Jaffa Gate - the Main Gate of the Old City. From here we start our walking tour. We shall visit Mount Zion, where Jesus celebrated the Last Supper. We shall further descend to the Western ("Wailing") Wall, the last remnant of the great Jerusalem Temple. Further on we'll continue to the Via Dolorosa and shall walk along with its stations, until we reach the Holy Sepulcher Church. Finally, we shall take a walk through the Church, to visit Golgotha, Jesus's Prison, and, finally, the Edicule - Jesus’s burial and resurrection place. From the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, we'll walk back to the car and hall drive further to your hotel.

Your private tour to Jerusalem and Bethlehem starts at the Mount of Olives and descends to the garden of Gethsemane, the Church of all Nations, then onto the Kidron Valley. You will see the Dormition Church on Mount Zion and the Coenaculum. Next, enter the Old City through the Zion gate, walking through the Armenian Quarter to the Byzantine Cardo. Continue onto the Kotel or Western Wall. Follow the stations of the cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher before enjoying the markets in the old city. Upon arrival in Bethlehem, switch to a local guide and walk throughout Manger Square. Visit the Church of the Nativity with its grotto and altar dedicated to the three wise men. Pass the small Armenian Chapel of Kings and head to the Crusader Church. Finally, stop at the Shepherds Field to see the tent-shaped chapel and its panels depicting Jesus’ life. From here, head back to your private car and return to your pick-up spot.

We begin our day at the Mount of Olives with a spectacular scenic view of Jerusalem. From here we travel the Byzantine Cardo, a historic road that cuts through the Jewish Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. On the way, we visit the Wailing Wall (Kotel), the only remains of the Second Temple of Jerusalem, and one of the most sacred places in Jewish culture. The wailing is a description made by the British of the sounds of the Jewish people praying. Moving on we take the sacred route where Jesus carried the cross along the Way of Sorrows on the route to his crucifixion. We’ll then arrive at the Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre, the site where Jesus was crucified as well as his Burial tomb. We continue our journey by touring the Bazaars of the Christian and Muslim quarters. Our first destination begins at the Mount of Olives overlooking an ancient Jewish cemetery where many believe that the resurrection of the Messiah will happen. (Zech 14:4). Looking down from here we have an excellent view across the Old City down to Temple Mount where the Holy Jewish Temple originally existed. *This point can be replaced with another viewpoint, as it depends on the traffic congestion and possible jams. We will then travel towards the Zion Gate, passing the Garden of Gethsemane, the Church of All Nations and the Kidron Valley. Here we can observe the Jewish burial tombs of Absalom, King David’s son, Jehoshaphat and the Hezir family. We arrive at Jerusalem’s Old City on exiting the Zion Gate and continue through the Armenian quarter. We will then arrive at the fifteen-hundred-year-old excavated Byzantine Cardo, an ancient road now restored. We pass the Jewish quarter towards the Western Wall, a section of the exterior wall of the Jewish Temple that once stood erect on Temple Mount almost 2,000 years ago. We will walk the path many pilgrims have throughout history, stopping at points where Jesus paused on the way carrying his cross to Golgotha (Calvary). Our final destination is the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the site of the crucifixion and Burial tomb of Jesus of Nazareth. Finally, we will have time to wander the traditional Middle Eastern markets before our next destination Bethlehem, where Jesus Christ was born. Bethlehem, birthplace of Jesus of Nazareth and home to Jesse, King David’s father. From Manger Square, we will enter the fourth-century Church of the Nativity, the oldest site in continuous use as a place of Christian worship opened in the year 333. Below the chapel is the Grotto of the Nativity where you’ll see an altar in remembrance of the three wise men, and a fourteen-point star set into the floor which signifies the exact spot where Jesus was born.

Visit Jerusalem's most important historical sites on this packed full-day tour. Start with a breathtaking view of Jerusalem from the Temple Mount area, after which you drive along the Kidron Valley towards the Zion gate, where you will have excellent views of Mount Olives and the Jewish cemetery. At its base are the ancient burial tombs Yad Avshalom, Beni Hazir and that perhaps of Zechariah. Alongside are the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations. On Mount Zion, stop at the amazing Tomb of David. Enter the Old City through the Zion gate on your way to the Cardo, and stop at the four beautifully restored seventeenth and early eighteenth century Sephardi synagogues which were used to house animals during the nineteen years the Old City was under Jordanian rule. Continue to the excavated fifteen hundred year old main street Byzantine Cardo.  Continuing through the Jewish Quarter,  marvel at the excavated and exposed foundation of the 2700-year-old wall of biblical Jerusalem built by King Hezekiah. Descend a few meters and find yourself in a two thousand year old complex of homes with their original mosaic floors and mikveh. A brief stop at the Western Wall (Kotel) allows you to place a note between its stones. Leave the Old City through the Dung gate and visit the remarkable excavations of the three thousand year old City of David.

Your guide will be waiting for you when you disembark from your cruise ship in Ashdod and the tour will begin with a pleasant drive to Jerusalem in a comfortable vehicle with A/C. At Mt. Scopus, the tour stops for a panoramic view across the city rooftops. Then drive towards the Old City passing biblical sites like the Garden of Gethsemane that stands on the Mount of Olives alongside the Church of All Nations. Also, spot the ancient Jewish tombs in Kidron Valley, and the Ophel Promenade as we drive parallel to the Old City walls. We enter the Old City on foot through one of the massive gates in the 16th-century walls and pass the Western Wall excavations as we walk towards the Western Wall. This sacred Jewish site is all that remains from the 2,000-year-old holy Jewish Temple that once stood on Temple Mount. In the Jewish Quarter, we see the Byzantine Cardo lined with columns, then we walk along a section of the Via Dolorosa, as Jesus did bearing his cross. The Via Dolorosa culminates at the Holy Sepulcher Church which was built in the 4th century to encompass Christ’s tomb and the site of the crucifixion at Golgotha (Calvary). The tour stops for a lunch break in the Old City and you have time to meander through one of the traditional markets. Leaving the Old City we can see Mount Zion as we drive towards the town where Christ was born. In Bethlehem, we tour the Nativity Church and see the Holy Grotto where the nativity took place. The tour ends with a drive back to Ashdod port where you can rejoin your cruise ship and continue to your next port of call.
