We booked the tour from Húsavík and the day before the tour we got an email that the weather conditions aren't good. But we could reschedule our tour to Árskógssandur without any issue. The customer service was great. The tour guide was also great and we were able to see a whale even though it wasn't the best season to go whale watching. The humpback whale didn't have a name yet and my girlfriend got to name him because she came up with a funny name - Forest Hump. Overall I would highly recommend this tour!

The crew made us feel very welcoming. Kaja and Kristian were very funny hosts with a knowledge about local wildlife. beatiful scenery, mountains, snow and sunset. we were able to see a humpback whale and then a few orcas on our way back. that was unplanned, unexpected but bloody exciting. Because of that Captain wouldnt mind to extend the trip so we could get a good look at those incredible animals. Was cold but hot chocolate and cinnamon buns kept us going. Amazing experience. Highly recommended. Definitely we will be coming back in the summer to see a completely different scenery and different species. Well done guys :)
