Very great stay. Went to another hotel. The spa area very good! The English is expandable, but you got along well. With hands and feet in need :) Both masseuses very kind and sensitive. It was really a great stay! First steam sauna, then jacuzzi, then sauna and then massage. Can only recommend it!

We were picked up on time and driven to the Jasmin Hotel. We were received nicely there. It started with about 15min sauna, then about 10min steam bath and another 10min jacuzzi. Then there was a super 45min massage. We were asked about back problems and how soft or hard the massage should be. We are very satisfied with the service, the friendliness and the ambience. The only downside when booking was the transfer, because we were not directly in Hurghada and therefore had to pay 5 € per person, even though it only took 5 minutes. However, it was our own fault, since the description stated that the transfer from Hurghada itself is free of charge. We reported this to Getyourguide support and wanted to cancel first. However, this was no longer possible. We were reimbursed the 10 € by getyourguide. Super support. The support also responded after seconds of contact. Would always book through getyourguide.

The staff were very nice, you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The coconut peeling gives you baby-soft skin. Sauna and steam bath was less important for us because of the warm weather, but it was part of the package. Of course the massage was the highlight! All in all a very relaxing time!
