Well, this is the reason I came to Egypt at first place. I took this activity on 13th of June. Picked up on time at 1:35. The bus was really nice and comfortable, with about 15 people onboard. We reached Cairo at 10:00. Went to the Museum first, afterwards had lunch at the restaurant we got to by boat. Cruising the Nile river took great 30 minutes. Then we went to Giza to see the pyramids and ride camels. Returned to Hurghada at exactly 24:00. No water or snacks were provided on the bus, you had to pay for it, so bring some with you. Our guide, lady, was really nice and generous. I met some people during the trip, which I exchanged contacts with, so this day was 10/10.

Such a long day but totally worth it if your bucket list contains the Pyramids. The hotel transport to Cairo was smooth and included police security with us at all times but the security checks dragged the journey out - this wasn't under the control of the tour company. Our guide (I'm sorry but don't remember her name) was excellent, very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice on the additional options (extra cost but worth it) available on the trip. Had to drop a star because we didn't enjoy the lunch (venue also wasn't great - I have advised they should look to change this) as my Son fell ill. Also the perfume visit and papyrus visits were not listed and felt a bit rushed at times at main sites to try and fit these in. Also would have been nice to be supplied with cold water and some snacks throughout the day similar to another execution we did later in the same week. All in all, a very worth while trip and generally good hosts and a great guide.

The trip was great. You have to see the traffic in Cairo. Absolute madness. The entire tour took about 20 hours and the journey is definitely very strenuous. If you can't take long trips, you should think twice about it. You have enough time at each station to see everything. Our guide Azra was awesome kudos to you. The Nile trip was also very nice and informative. The trip is definitely recommended
