Discover Cairo in a unique manner: from the skies on a flight from Hurghada and on the ground to see the iconic pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum with an Egyptologist as a guide.

Take a step back in time throughout your tour and travel comfortably between locations in an air-conditioned van.

Travel from Hurghada to Cairo by plane, where your exciting day tour truly begins. After the pickup at your hotel in Hurghada, sit back and relax in an air-conditioned vehicle as you drive to the airport to catch a domestic flight to Cairo.

Upon arrival in Cairo, meet your Egyptologist guide who will accompany you throughout your tour.  Head to Giza, where you visit the famous and impressive pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, as well as the Sphinx. After a break for a delicious lunch, then board a typical Felucca boat to cross the Nile to the City (optional). Continue to the Egyptian Museum. Here, admire the treasures of the young pharaoh Tutankhamun, as well as other artifacts.

In the afternoon, change the pace of your tour by shopping at the Khan el-Khalili market. Marvel at the colorful, delicate, and ornate stalls of local goods like platters, lamps, and cups surrounding you. At the end of the tour in Cairo, head over to the airport to catch your return flight to Hurghada. Once there, be transferred back to your hotel.

Our guide, Hany Mahmoud, was very informative and helpful. He was good company and fun. The driver, Amir, also for keeping us safe on those crazy roads. Perhaps the day could start later and just take in the Pyramids, the museum and the light show. My wife was hoping to see the markets of Cairo but happy because of the way the day ended with the spectacular light show of the Pyramids and Sphinx. Overall, a magical experience and felt totally safe with Hany as our exceptional guide.

Double check on who going to pick you up from Cairo airport, as myself and my son had to wait over an hour to be picked up which is very daunting and scary, our guide Tharwat was amazing, he was fantastic and a massive thank you for taking us around and showing us your beautiful city.

It is a very long day but it is definitely worth it! If you book extra to see mummy's room and entrance to pyramids then make sure to show this to your guide because we got an impression that if we did not show our voucher then they would not know of our extras and guide would carry on with main course of the tour. I would not recommend to buy cammel ride through get your guide app because on app you pay for 15 minutes ride, but in reality there is no such option because all rides are around 30 mins and you will be asked to pay more, therefore it works out that if you buy camel ride in place then it is slightly cheaper. Overal definitely a great trip because, pyramids are truly spectacular! Our tour ended around 17:30 and rest of the time we spent in perfume shop and later on we went on restourant roof top to watch amazing light show projected on to walls of pyramides (for free). You will be very tired after this day so make sure not to book any other activities on following day:)
