We had a lot of fun cooking a typical Casado. You could specify intolerances, etc. and everything was taken into account and some of the food was cooked separately. There were a few too many participants, so that each individual couldn't cook as much. The salsa course afterwards was great and at the end of the course we were able to do the basic steps even though we were complete beginners. Our guide Kathy was really nice and explained everything in detail and patiently.

We were so lucky and there were only two of us in the cooking class. Kathy answered all of our questions and explained very well what steps needed to be taken. It was a lot of fun and tasted delicious!! Thank you for this evening! 😊

This was so much fun. Kathryn (hope I spelled that right) was amazing. The venue was spectacular. It was such a special night. Just a once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent. Our cooking coach was very helpful and gave great instructions. Food was very tasty.

Really enjoyed! Learned a lot and enjoyed making and eating wonderful Casado!
