I was a little skeptical about a service as it basically was just a shuttle from site-to-site but I am really glad that I did this. My guide Hoa was really good and informative and then we did not have a lot of time together. The time we did have was helpful and pleasant. Do you make note that you will need about 750,000 Vietnamese dong to cover your cost for entry tickets and audio guides. And to do over I would not try to do all of this in one day, but do the imperial city on its own day and then all the tombs on another day. But Hoa was great.

Sam was absolutely brilliant! We had already done two things on the itinerary, so he rescheduled and brought us to some other locations. He was extremely helpful in all things Vietnam, and after the second tomb we visited, we actually looked forward to the rides more, as we learned more from him about Vietnam’s history, culture and society than from any of the guides we had during our stay so far. His recommendations for food in Hue were amazing. He also gave us lots of tips about other places and what to do (e.g., Hoi An) Wholeheartedly recommend!

Vu was our driver. He was very helpful and informative. He suggested the 3 sights to see in the time we had. We were able to ask him many questions about the sights. We explored the sights alone but that worked well for us. He dropped us off and was always waiting for us when we finished our own exploration. I would definitively recommend Vu!!
