Easy simple transport on a comfortable bus. Left on time, little office to wait in. The office lady recommended a nearby place to get a sandwich while waiting for the bus. Bus stopped at rest stop 45min from Hue with bathrooms and shop. Would book again.

The trip was good, the driver was polite, and the driving was smooth. I gave 4 starts instead of 5 because no hotel pick up is offered, even after requesting it and offering to pay for it, and it's complicated to get to the meeting point with 2 big luggages. I ended up having to take another cab.
